Buhari names former Rivers Commissioner as Acting Chairman NDDC

President Buhari has fired the chairman of the Niger Delta Development Commission NDDC Basey Dan Abia and appointed Ibim Seminitari who served as commissioner of information in Rivers state during Rotimi Amaechi's administration, as acting chairman and also served in the communications directorate of the Buhari Presidential Campaign Organisation. She is married to Henry Semenitari, a former Managing Director of Unity Bank, with four children.
